Job summary

Kannegiesser North America is seeking a Project Coordinator – Level 1 in Minnesota to support the Project Management team through project setup, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination with engineering, logistics, and service. You will help keep projects on track across teams and customers.

This developmental role offers a path to Level 2/3 and a future Project Manager position. Travel up to 15% is required; the role is full‑time, nonexempt with hybrid work options and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of project coordination, operations, construction, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
• Experience communicating with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup in project-management systems.
• Maintain project information, documentation, contacts, and milestones.
• Facilitate internal and customer meetings; document actions.
• Track risks, change orders, and schedule milestones.
• Coordinate vendor and field team communications and activities.
• Prepare project information for handover to Service.
