Job summary

LockNet is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the Managed Projects team. You will quote, schedule, order, and resolve issues while coordinating with production, shipping, and technicians to meet deadlines and budgets.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational expectations and clear communication. The role offers a hybrid schedule with a balance of remote and in-office work, supporting enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience; scheduling or construction background is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple platforms; able to learn new systems.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; independent decision-making.
• Experience coordinating projects and researching regulatory codes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Quote, schedule, order, and resolve technical and billing issues for projects.
• Provide survey instructions to field technicians and convert results into quotes.
• Process customer orders via phone and email; ensure pricing and dates are accurate.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse to avoid delays.
• Track project progress and deliver status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with onsite technicians to meet scope, budget, and regulations.
• Research hardware needs, review orders, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Compile reports and statistics for management as needed.
