Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced project manager to join our corporate logistics function. You will lead launch calls that align Sales, Operations, IT, Fleet, HR, and Procurement around new location openings.

In a hybrid role, you will track project performance, own meeting scheduling and status reporting, and coordinate with procurement to ensure display and fixture supply aligns with expansion activity nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch calls aligning Sales, Operations, IT, Fleet, HR and Procurement.
• Track project performance to keep expansions on schedule.
• Own meeting scheduling, agendas, notes and status reporting.
