Advent Talent Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support a growing consumer goods organization in a hybrid Twin Cities environment. This contract-to-hire role blends admin coordination, project support, logistics, and hands-on operational assistance to help teams stay focused on core work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative coordinator, project coordinator, operations support, studio coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting creative, product development, manufacturing, consumer products, or innovation-focused teams is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative without requiring constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key administrative support partner for a cross-functional marketing and creative team.
• Manage project coordination activities, including task tracking, scheduling, documentation, and workflow support
• Maintain and support project management systems, ensuring information is organized and up to date.
• Coordinate samples, materials, shipments, and logistics across multiple teams and locations.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings, product reviews, presentations, and launches.
• Assist with showroom setup, inventory organization, workspace management, and product sample tracking.
• Support vendor, contractor, and project-related administrative processes.
• Anticipate team needs, identify gaps, and proactively take ownership of recurring tasks and operational challenges.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, deadlines, and project demands in a fast-growing environment.
