Calculated Hire in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager / Business Execution Consultant to support Capital Markets Operations initiatives. Hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite) with a 12-month W2 contract and a pay rate of $55–60/hr.

The role blends project management, business analysis, and regulatory delivery, requiring strong stakeholder collaboration across business, operations, and technology teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Project Management and/or Business Analysis experience, ideally in Capital Markets operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and implementation support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project execution across multiple Capital Markets initiatives.
• Coordinate with business, operations, technology, and downstream stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and coordination with business users.
• Assist in developing test scripts and validating business functionality.
• Track project milestones, delivery schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support operational process improvements and regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
