Job summary

You will engage daily with installers, clients, service providers and homeowners to support scheduling, communication and issue resolution, while upholding professional communication and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes.
• Proactively reach out to customers to review timing, requirements and expectations.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and service requests; follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction.
• Serve as primary point of contact and problem solver during the installation process.
• Maintain professional, timely and well-documented communications; monitor customer satisfaction metrics.
