Job summary

Lifted Logic in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Client Coordinator to manage incoming leads, client inquiries, and scheduling, ensuring clear communication of our value proposition and guiding prospects through the project process.

You will support with basic real-time technical questions, maintain CRM data, draft client proposals in WordPress, and coordinate with teams to deliver timely responses. Hybrid in-office 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Strong people skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Natural ability to interact with clients in person and over the phone.
• Expert knowledge of writing mechanics, including grammar, syntax, voice, and tone.
• High attention to detail and process orientation.
• Critical thinking and ability to adapt workflow as the company grows.
• Willingness to collaborate with all departments and learn about web development and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide timely follow-up on client inquiries.
• Communicate Lifted Logic’s value proposition and service offerings clearly.
• Follow up on leads and manage data within the CRM system.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars, including CEO’s client-facing calendar.
• Assist with client-facing proposals and distribution through WordPress.
• Route contracts for e-signature and inform relevant teams upon receipt.
