Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to EDSI’s Wayne, Macomb, and St. Clair counties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Macomb County High School Young Professionals (HSYP) team and oversee programming performance.
• Oversee AJC operations, including partner meetings and shared spaces usage.
• Monitor program budgets and ensure contractual deliverables and compliance.
• Coordinate with funders, prepare data requests, and report on program outcomes.
• Supervise staff through performance management and development activities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes for program staff.
