Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler in Glastonbury, CT for a hybrid role. You will develop and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across design, procurement, and construction, and you will create and maintain WBS, activity codes, and baselines.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of CPM scheduling experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel; Power BI exposure is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience developing and managing CPM schedules using Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and schedule analysis techniques.
• Experience developing resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.
• Experience reviewing contractor schedules and supporting change management.
• Experience performing Time Impact Analyses and delay analyses.
• Experience forecasting, risk assessment, and recovery planning.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across project phases.
• Develop WBS, activity coding structures, schedule logic, and baselines.
• Review contractor schedules for compliance with requirements and best practices.
• Perform schedule quality reviews, critical path and float analyses.
• Analyze variances, delays, and changes; advise project teams.
• Perform Time Impact Analyses and schedule impact assessments for changes.
• Identify schedule risks with teams and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead schedule recovery planning and what-if analyses.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
