Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in construction, project controls, scheduling, inspection, field engineering, or related disciplines
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Field construction, inspection, or transportation infrastructure experience is a plus
• Completion of Primavera P6 coursework or pursuit of AACE/PMI certifications is a plus
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Assist senior schedulers in reviewing contractor schedules for compliance with contract documents
• Track and verify progress against baseline schedules
• Support critical path analysis and schedule quality reviews
• Collect and validate schedule progress information from contractors, inspectors, and project team members
• Prepare schedule updates, progress narratives, and graphical reports (Gantt charts, histograms)
• Support “What-If” and recovery schedule scenarios
• Assist with Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims reviews
• Develop planning schedules and resource/cost loading concepts
• Participate in schedule review meetings and collaborate with project teams
• Schedule / Progress Reporting
