Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking an entry-level Project Administrator to support the PMO and ensure projects run smoothly in a hybrid environment. The role focuses on coordination, documentation and cross-team collaboration to keep programs on schedule.

You will handle initiation activities, budgeting support, milestone tracking, and meeting minutes while liaising with customers and internal teams to maintain accurate project records and communications.

Formación

• Entry level position with up to 2 years of experience.
• 2 year degree required for employment.
• Full-Time/Regular position in a hybrid work setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day administrative operations for projects.
• Coordinate kickoff activities, meetings and tool access.
• Assist with budgets and Estimates at Complete (EAC).
• Track milestones and process invoices to customers.
• Attend meetings and capture action items and minutes.
