• Assist in developing program schedules and maintaining documentation under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with program goals.
• Use established tools and templates to support program reporting and status updates.
• Monitor and elevate program risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support program logistics and communication.
• Maintain program documentation, meeting notes, and action-item trackers.
• Contribute to data collection and analysis to support business case development.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and governance processes as directed.
• Participate in team meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Learn and apply program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Seek feedback and mentorship to build foundational program management skills.
