Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager III for high‑complexity defense programs within the KUAS division. You will drive technical, cost, and schedule performance while supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with extensive experience in DoD programs and earned value management. Travel may be required to support multiple sites and customers, as part of a dynamic team focused on

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential or classified information.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, and cost control in complex DoD programs.
• Knowledge of Integrated Master Plans and Schedules (IMP/IMS) and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for program execution to meet contracts and company commitments.
• Oversee program performance, P&L, and business growth for assigned programs.
• Set objectives for financial performance, contracts, and resource management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with customers on technical and production issues.
