Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to own end-to-end program execution from contract award through delivery and closeout. You will coordinate engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and finance to meet cost, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments.

The role reports to the Lead PMO and requires strong leadership, risk management, and customer interface abilities to ensure predictable outcomes in a regulated defense environment.

Qualifications

• Strong program and project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Ability to integrate engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and finance considerations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with ITAR/export-controlled information handling.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of assigned programs from contract award through delivery and closeout.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for scope, schedule, cost, and technical execution.
• Translate customer requirements into executable program plans and milestones.
• Ensure commitments are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Develop and manage IMS, assess scope and schedule changes, and communicate impacts.
• Track cost, margins, EAC, and financial risk with the Cost Analyst.
