BKF is seeking a Project Accountant to join our multi-service infrastructure firm. The role focuses on accurate invoicing, cost review, and project financial reporting, with a hybrid schedule requiring one day in the Oakland office weekly.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and effective communication abilities. Prior experience in architecture/engineering is preferred, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Architecture or Engineering industry preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solid mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and project accounting workflows.

Aufgaben

• Support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare client invoices; review labor and expense charges for accuracy.
• Assist Project Manager in reviewing project costs (budget vs actual).
• Produce project financial reports (WIP aging, AR aging, budget vs actual).
• Support project setup and maintenance in Deltek Vantagepoint; troubleshoot billing issues.
• Work with Oakland office one day per week; potential hybrid-remote schedule.
