CCRC Child Care Resource Center is seeking a full-time, hybrid-position in the greater Los Angeles area. The role blends clerical support with case management assistance and customer service to families, providers, and CCFA staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related work experience, or an Associate’s Degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs and data entry.
• Some travel may be required and drivers must have a valid California license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Clerical and general assistance tasks including filing, typing, mailings, and enrollment packets.
• Maintain accurate written records of families’ program activity and ensure program regulations are followed.
• Provide professional customer service to clients, families, and providers and support CCFA communications.
