Job summary

Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) is seeking a Lead to monitor team workflow and support families enrolled in subsidized child care programs. The role involves CCFA processing, delegation of tasks, and coordinating with the supervisor to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The position requires strong data entry skills, proficiency with Windows programs, and relevant education or experience. A hybrid schedule is offered with occasional evening hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and 3 years of related industry experience; or
• Associates Degree with 2 years of industry experience; or
• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of industry experience; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience that supports successful performance in the role

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow of the team and workload for vacant positions under minimal supervision.
• Provide supervisory support and delegate tasks to specialists with clear procedures and policies.
• Review delegated work for target dates and progress; communicate actions to parents and providers as needed.
• Meet with Supervisor to analyze problems and recommend changes to systems to improve workflow performance.
