Job summary

CWS in Tampa, FL seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee refugee youth mentoring services, including case management, tutoring, ESL classes, and monthly workshops. You will ensure data accuracy, program quality, and compliance with funders while developing partnerships with new arrival communities and local agencies.

Leading a diverse team, you will manage staff, coordinate reporting, and monitor program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, humanities, or social sciences, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 years previous work experience with refugees or immigrant communities required.
• 2 years previous supervisory experience.
• Previous experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of grant reporting and data collection.
• Ability to work independently with partner organizations and coordinating people and resources.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Report program outcomes and ongoing needs.
• Ensure compliance with funders' requirements.
• Oversee selection, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Manage and supervise program staff.
• Ensure staff participate in relevant training.
• Provide technical oversight for monitoring systems and findings.
• Maintain current and accurate database systems.
• Protect personal data confidentiality.
• Gather information for routine and special reports.
• Support local finance with data quality and reporting.
• Prepare staff for monitoring visits and annual reports.
• Attend coordination meetings with resettlement sites.
• Conduct outreach to recruit clients.
• Develop partnerships with mentoring, tutoring, ESL providers, communities, schools.
