Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in a child caring institution or
• Two years of college with 3 years of relevant experience in a child caring institution or
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience in a child caring institution

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Youth Specialist(s) and facilitate weekly meetings.
• Provide weekly individual and team supervision to supervisory staff.
• Conduct regular rounds in classrooms and areas with children to ensure safety and best-practice care.
• Hire on-board and train staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to maintain adequate coverage.
