Job summary

You will build a family-like environment, assist with daily routines, coordinate transportation, and advocate for youth navigating trauma and cultural adjustment, with an emphasis on bilingual communication when possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to learn de-escalation techniques and become CPR/First Aid certified.
• Direct care experience in mental health or working with vulnerable populations preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a family-like environment that models positive behaviors and expectations.
• Assist youth with daily routines—meal prep, medication administration, skill-building, and activities.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments and monitor overnight activity.
• Be a trusted mentor and advocate for youth navigating trauma, displacement, and cultural adjustment.
