Job summary

Church World Service in Tampa is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee refugee youth mentoring, case management, tutoring, ESL classes, and partnerships with local agencies.

You will ensure data quality, reporting, and funder compliance while guiding staff and coordinating with schools and community services. This hybrid role supports vulnerable populations and involves multi-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, humanities, or social sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of work experience with refugees or immigrant communities.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with grant reporting and data collection.
• Ability to work with partners and coordinate people and resources.

Responsibilities

• Report program outcomes and ongoing needs.
• Ensure compliance with funders’ requirements.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new staff.
• Manage and supervise program staff.
• Provide training opportunities for staff.
• Maintain routine monitoring systems and data quality.
• Ensure confidential handling of personal data.
• Prepare reports for routine and special requests.
• Engage in outreach to recruit clients.
• Develop partnerships with mentoring, tutoring, ESL providers and local services.
