Job summary

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Program Operations Analyst I to join us in a full-time capacity in a hybrid role in Texas (Waco area). The role supports the Network Engineering PMO by coordinating operational aspects and reviewing project requests within authority, while providing reports to leaders.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in telecommunications or workflow tools, strong MS Office skills, and a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workflow management or other similar enterprise tools & processes desired.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering PMO in support of key Engineering initiatives.
• Review and approve Engineering and Market Operations project requests within defined authority limits.
• Develop reports for leaders in those departments.
