Segra is seeking a qualified Program Operations Analyst I for a full-time, hybrid role in Knoxville. The position focuses on supporting the Network Engineering Program Management Office with coordinating operational aspects of key engineering initiatives.

The candidate will review project requests, develop reports, and provide admin support to Project/Program Managers while maintaining independence and integrity in a fast-paced telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in workflow management or other enterprise tools & processes.
• MS Office knowledge required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering Program Management Office.
• Review and approve Engineering and Market Operations project requests within defined authority limits.
• Develop reports for leaders in Engineering and Market Operations.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Project Manager and Program Manager roles.
