Segra is seeking a qualified Program Operations Analyst I for a full-time, hybrid role in Charleston. The position supports the Network Engineering PMO, balancing technical and business workflows, and provides operational assistance to the Project Manager and Program Manager.

The analyst will review requests, prioritize issues within authority, and produce reports for leadership while avoiding external client-facing duties. A strong MS Office skill set is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of telecommunications industry experience desired
• 1 year of experience in workflow management or similar enterprise tools & processes desired
• MS Office knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational aspects of the Network Engineering Program Management Office
• Review and approve project requests within defined authority limits
• Develop reports for PM and PMO leaders
