Responsibilities

• Lead youth work force initiatives, including Summer Youth Employment Program.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and evaluations.
• Oversee projects, budgets, learning opportunities, and career fairs.
• Work collaboratively across departments in support of program goals.
• Assist Marketing team with creation of advertising materials.
• Provide grant search support to Development team.
• Coordinate community events.
