Job summary

All Stars Project Inc. in New York seeks a Program Manager to lead youth programs and events, coordinating planning, logistics, volunteers, and partnerships to deliver high-quality experiences.

This is a hybrid, full-time role with in-person work in NYC and some evenings or weekends. The role oversees the Development School for Youth, internships, outreach, and workshops, managing budgets, timelines, and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in youth development, nonprofit programming, or related field.
• Experience producing and managing large-scale events, workshops, trainings, or community programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with youth, volunteers, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and outreach management, including development of production plans, timelines, and volunteer assignments.
• Manage program events from conception to execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, data management, communications, and community relationships.
