• Demonstrated program management experience including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SYEP operations and budget with fiscal compliance.
• Coordinate with DYCD, staff, and leadership to align program with DYCD requirements.
• Supervise SYEP staff including Job Developer and administrative staff.
• Ensure enrollment, orientation, and documentation meet DYCD standards.
• Develop partnerships with worksites and community organizations to recruit participants.
