Job summary

Brian Grant Foundation is seeking a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of wellness and community support programs. The role partners with the Executive Director to translate strategic priorities into accessible experiences, online and in-person.

Ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, collaborative, and skilled at cross-functional teamwork; a commitment to equity and belonging is essential. Hybrid Portland-based work with occasional travel and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years in program coordination, project management, or community wellness.
• Master’s degree may substitute for additional years of work experience.
• Proficiency operating AV equipment, live-stream platforms, microphones, and hybrid event setups.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve operations while using sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning, logistics, and delivery of virtual and in-person programs.
• Partner with leadership to refine offerings and launch new program initiatives.
• Set up and troubleshoot AV and hybrid meeting technologies for seamless experiences.
• Manage annual program budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Lead data collection, organization, and analysis across all touchpoints.
• Synthesize program data to assess effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Coordinate outreach calendars and program messaging with Communications.
• Collaborate with Development to align deliverables with grants and reporting.
• Represent the foundation at regional events and cultivate stakeholder relationships.
• Recruit, onboard, and support instructors and facilitators across programs.
• Oversee program volunteers and advisory groups.
