Job summary

The Peer Company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the BHRN in Clackamas and Washington Counties. You will supervise Peer Support Specialists, help develop program materials, and ensure compliance with grant and contract terms.

You will coordinate onboarding and ongoing training, attend meetings with partners and funders, and collaborate with the Program Director to optimize outcomes. This exempt role requires strong leadership and relationship-building across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Criminal background check will be conducted; a record does not automatically exclude.
• Pre-hire drug screening required.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and automobile insurance; MVR checks where driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises peer support specialists to meet program goals and support professional development.
• Schedules PSS coverage based on contract obligations and needs.
• Responds to referrals for peer services with internal and community partners.
• Onboards and provides ongoing training to new Peer Support Specialists.
• Delivers 1:1 or group peer support as needed and supports recovery services.
• Assists with program reporting and budget management with program staff and leadership.
• Regularly travels to locations using a personal vehicle to fulfill duties.
