The California Wellness Foundation seeks an energetic, curious, flexible and professional Program Coordinator to join our team. The PC supports grantmaking and provides administrative support to the Programs team, helping advance the foundation’s mission and strategic goals.

The selected candidate will join a cohort under the Director of Program Operations to support multiple grantmakers and collaborate across internal and external partners in a hybrid remote/office environment.

Responsibilities

• Support grantmaking operations and provide administrative support to the Programs team.
• Assist the Programs team in coordinating grant processes and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support multiple grantmakers and contribute to project tracking and reporting.
