Job summary

WebMD Health Services is seeking a Dedicated Wellness Program Manager to collaborate with the WebMD account team and the client's designated benefits and wellness teams, raising awareness of wellness products and engaging employees in offerings.

The PM will be on-site at Bayport, MN and Oak Park Heights, MN three days a week with remote days; periodic travel across North America may be required to support wellness programs and events.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required, MS/MBA differentiator.
• Minimum of 2 years Wellness Coordinator or similar client-facing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years delivering well-being information products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage relationships with client stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual wellness plan and strategy tailored to achieve client's health goals.
• Drive employee-centered initiatives and long-term planning to embed a culture of well-being across facilities.
• Serve as the primary well-being point of contact for senior leaders to champion program engagement.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of established programs with client and WebMD account team.
• Lead, expand, and inspire the Wellness Champion Network to build grass-roots support.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute consistent wellness programs both virtual and in-person.
• Increase employee awareness of and participation in wellness offerings and vendor resources.
• Implement creative health-focused activities to maximize multi-site turnout.
