Job summary

WebMD Health Services seeks a Dedicated Wellness Program Manager to collaborate with client teams and promote wellness offerings. The role covers on-site presence at Bayport, MN and nearby locations with regional travel, balancing on-site and remote work to drive engagement and program success.

The successful candidate will have health promotion or related background and be capable of leading a diverse wellness program, engaging employees and leaders to maximize participation and impact.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; MS/MBA differentiator.
• Minimum 2 years Wellness Coordinator or similar client-facing experience.
• Minimum 2 years delivering wellbeing information products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual wellness plan and strategy tailored to client goals.
• Drive employee-centered initiatives to embed a culture of wellbeing across facilities.
• Serve as primary well-being contact for senior leaders to champion engagement.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of established programs with client and WebMD team.
• Lead Wellness Champion Network to build grassroots support.
• Plan, coordinate and execute wellness programs virtual and in-person.
• Increase awareness and participation in wellness offerings across the client.
