Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual webinars and events for patients and caregivers.
• Manage live events including venue setup, menu, and AV needs.
• Assess platforms and adjust settings for optimal outcomes (Zoom, WebEx, etc).
• Train clients and presenters on event platforms and run through procedures.
• Lead event production and act as host/moderator when required.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to finalize event details.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and supervise contractual aspects.
• Maintain client relationships and ongoing program development.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to support events.
