Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual webinars and events for patients and caregivers.
• Manage live event details including venue setup and A/V needs.
• Recommend platforms (AdobeConnect, Webex, Zoom) based on needs.
• Lead event production and act as production director during events.
• Provide primary technical support during virtual engagements.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to finalize details.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
• Interface with contractors and vendors professionally.
• Monitor program development and client satisfaction.
