Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; passport may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual webinars and live events for patients and caregivers on behalf of pharmaceutical clients.
• Manage live event details: venue setup, menu, and A/V needs.
• Determine platform requirements and advise clients on AdobeConnect, Webex, Zoom.
• Provide client and internal team training for events and manage pre-event tech run-throughs.
• Lead production as production director during events (live or virtual) and serve as host/moderator as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on contract details and expectations; ensure regular client communications.
