Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator to execute logistics for pharmaceutical educational events and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This hybrid role requires in-office time Tue/Wed/Thu and frequent collaboration with sales reps and faculty.

You will manage databases, budgets, venue selections, contracts, and materials while maintaining confidentiality and high-volume communications. Prior pharma event planning is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; College Degree Preferred.
• 1+ year experience in field or related area (Sales, Hospitality, Pharmaceutical, Medical Industry, and Customer Service).
• Pharmaceutical Speaker Bureau experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage database of promotional educational programs in system.
• Assist with program budgeting and vendor coordination.
• Arrange venues, menus, AV, and transportation.
• Coordinate payments with venues and caterers.
• Maintain daily communication with sales reps and faculty.
