Job summary

The Colorado Energy Office is seeking a Program Associate to support the Home Energy Rebates (HER) program, focusing on income-qualified rebates and energy efficiency improvements for large multifamily buildings and manufactured/mobile homes. The role involves vendor, grant, and contract management along with potential work on HEAR and other team tasks.

Responsibilities include program delivery, stakeholder engagement, rebate processing in Salesforce, budget tracking, and cross-team

Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of professional experience.
• Experience with grant management, administration, policy or reporting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google suite.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of the Home Energy Rebate (HER) program, ensuring alignment with plans and goals.
• Engage with consumers, contractors, and housing partners to support outreach and engagement.
• Review rebate applications, resolve discrepancies, and process payments in Salesforce.
• Track performance, review deliverables, and process monthly invoices.
• Monitor program expenditures and contractor costs ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
• Coordinate with CEO teams for cross-department collaboration and continuous improvement.
