Job summary

APTIM Energy Transitions is seeking a Project Analyst to support HOMES and HEEHR programs, delivering program management, data analytics, and reporting aligned with DOE guidance. You will coordinate with multiple teams, ensure quality control, and help optimize project workflows for residential energy efficiency initiatives.

The role emphasizes independent work, clear communication, and timely delivery, with travel required quarterly to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• 3–5+ years’ program/project management experience in energy programs.
• Ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions.
• Willingness to travel to locations on assignment quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and operational activities for energy programs.
• Develop reporting aligned with DOE requirements for leadership insight.
• Lead or support project management activities and meetings.
• QA/QC of program processes and protocols; implement improvements.
• Manage contract reporting, performance metrics, and data integrity.
• Maintain system databases and coordinate with stakeholders.
