Job summary

Colorado Energy Office is seeking a Program Associate to support the Home Energy Rebates (HER) program, focusing on multifamily buildings and manufactured/mobile homes. The role involves vendor and grant management, as well as coordinating across teams to implement rebates and improve program outcomes.

Hybrid work arrangement is available. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, policy reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to advance energy

Qualifications

• Four years of professional experience or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Background in grant management, administration, policy or reporting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of the HER program, ensuring alignment with project plans and goals.
• Engage stakeholders including consumers, contractors, and building/community groups.
• Review rebate applications, resolve discrepancies, and process payments in Salesforce.
• Coordinate vendor management, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration.
