Job summary

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin is seeking a Home Energy Rebate Programs Manager to oversee the Home Energy Rebates (HER) program operations, analyze budgets, policies, and legislative guidance to inform program decisions.

You will serve as the primary liaison with the Department of Energy, PSC staff, other agencies, and third-party implementers, ensuring compliant delivery and effective stakeholder engagement. Hybrid work with in-office requirements in Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects, programs, or grants.
• Ability to interpret state and federal requirements for programs or projects.
• Experience with stakeholder outreach and developing program materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PSC’s Home Energy Rebate (HER) program operations and analysis of budgets, policies, and guidance.
• Coordinate with Department of Energy, PSC staff, other agencies, program administrator, and stakeholders.
• Develop reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate program status and progress toward goals.
