Job summary

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin in Madison, WI is seeking a Home Energy Rebate Programs Manager to lead the HER programs within the Office of Energy Innovation. The role analyzes financial, budgetary, and policy information to inform operations and decision making.

You will coordinate with the Department of Energy, PSC staff, state agencies, and the program administrator to communicate status, performance, and progress toward goals while ensuring compliance with federal and state

Qualifications

• Experience managing federal or state grant programs or projects; defining business and technical requirements for programs; tracking milestones and progress.
• Ability to analyze and apply federal/state requirements for programs or projects.
• Experience providing stakeholder outreach and developing communications for program operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic operations for Home Energy Rebates (HER) programs within the Energy Incentives and Rebates team.
• Coordinate with the Department of Energy, PSC staff, other state agencies, program administrator and stakeholders.
• Develop analyses, written reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate program status and progress; ensure compliance with statutes and guidance.
