Job summary

Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Manager to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive large programs, craft project plans, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and success metrics to support go-to-market and regional objectives.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years in program management, strong collaboration across groups, change management, and clear communications to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in business program management, project management or business operations
• Track record collaborating across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business
• Proactive change management mindset with strong business acumen
• Ability to navigate matrixed organization complexity while driving clarity
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder planning processes
• Able to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communications
• Strong verbal and written communication across geographically dispersed audience
• Experience in a commercial organization with partner and customer-facing roles and translating that into strategic insight

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs aligned with Sales and Success Digital Enablement, RTR, regions and functions
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communication strategies
• Provide project administration and process support to a team of project managers
• Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support
• Drive projects using established ROB governance, change impact assessment and execution model
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Resolve issues and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned
• Establish performance indicators and report program status, outcomes and business impact to executives
