Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product‑centric roles.
• Proven success managing complex, high‑stakes cross‑functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audience.
• Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance including defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Scale program impact using sophisticated program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency across the organization.
• Leverage AI to enhance our program management methodology by defining, building, and documenting AI‑driven processes to increase overall program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Own reporting for C‑level executives and cross‑functional leadership and drive broader evangelization of program vision, goals, and progress throughout Okta.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional meetings, define clear agendas and objectives, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives.
