Job summary

Okta is seeking a Program Manager to maximize platform value through integration breadth and depth across Okta and Auth0. You will lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program spanning investments, marketing, enablement, and open standards.

You will own governance, drive efficiency, and report to executives while evangelizing the program vision. The role requires 6-8+ years in related fields and a Bachelor’s degree with strong communication and enterprise software experience.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles.
• Proven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quickly.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audience.
• Exceptional ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams simultaneously, with minimal supervision.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
• High EQ and IQ. Solution oriented, data driven, learning mindset.
• High ethical standards and ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance: define rhythms, milestones, metrics, and risk mitigation.
• Scale program impact using Frameworks and tools to drive efficiency across the organization.
• Leverage AI to enhance program management by defining AI-driven processes.
• Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership; evangelize vision and progress.
• Orchestrate cross-functional meetings with clear agendas; document decisions and next steps.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives
