Job summary

Okta is seeking a Program Manager to maximize platform value through integration breadth and depth within the ISV Ecosystem. You will lead a high-visibility, cross-functional program spanning Okta and Auth0 investments, marketing, enablement, and open standards.

You will manage governance, metrics, and risk while driving AI-enhanced processes to improve efficiency. This hybrid role involves collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership to execute strategically.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/Product-centric roles.
• Proven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical and financial acumen with the ability to master new domains quickly.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas for any audience.
• Exceptional ability to apply structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to drive results across multiple workstreams simultaneously, with minimal supervision.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
• High EQ and IQ. Solution oriented, data driven, learning mindset.

• Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program governance including defining operational rhythms, milestones, success metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Scale program impact using program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency across the organization.
• Leverage AI to enhance our program management methodology by defining, building, and documenting AI-driven processes.
• Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership and drive broader evangelization of program vision, goals, and progress.
• Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, define clear agendas and objectives, document decisions and next steps, and drive stakeholder accountability.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support critical strategic initiatives.
