Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Program Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer, to support donor acquisition, communications, and events within the Experience & Engagement program.

The role provides customer service and admin support for grassroots and peer-to-peer donors, with travel and weekend/evening work possible. A cover letter is required; hybrid work with two days on the South Lake Union campus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• One year work experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in nonprofit settings is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and information management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email with professional service.
• Create, maintain, and report on peer-to-peer fundraising pages.
• Coordinate memorial giving pages and report fundraising data to next-of-kin.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling and minutes.
• Collaborate across teams to support program activities.
• Maintain data hygiene and complete complex data entry tasks.
• Follow gift processing procedures and document workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
