Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Program Coordinator, Stewardship to support donor stewardship and the Data Philanthropy program. This role handles day-to-day admin, special projects, and cross-team coordination to strengthen Philanthropy's infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• One year work experience.
• Experience supporting donor engagement or stewardship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Raiser's Edge/RENXT or related fundraising software.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship and recognition efforts, including reports, endowments, and engagement.
• Manage donor data tracking, coding, auditing, mailing lists, and gift recognition.
• Coordinate stewardship activities and create welcome/renewal messages and collateral updates.
• Provide general administrative support: emails, phones, meeting minutes, budgeting, and travel bookings.
• Collaborate across teams, respond to inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Carry out data entry and data hygiene tasks and maintain recurring assignments.
