Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Program Coordinator, Stewardship to manage day-to-day administrative duties and key stewardship projects. You’ll handle donor recognition, gift processing, and cross-team support within a data-driven philanthropy program.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with donor data systems. Some travel and weekend work may be required; hybrid work with two days on-site at South Lake Union.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• One year work experience.
• Preferred: donor engagement or stewardship experience.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support donor stewardship including impact reporting and recognition.
• Manage donor data tracking, coding, auditing and gifts processing.
• Coordinate donor gift programs and welcome/renewal messages.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling and minutes.
• Collaborate across teams to refine processes and document procedures.
• Respond to inquiries with excellent customer service.
