Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a Program Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer to support Experience & Engagement by handling day-to-day admin, donor inquiries, and fundraising page upkeep. This hybrid role requires occasional travel and weekend/evening work, with a commitment to exceptional donor service.

You will assist with page setup, reporting, and data hygiene, coordinate across teams, and ensure processes are documented and improved. A cover letter is required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• One year work experience.
• Customer service experience preferred in nonprofit settings.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
• Assist with creation, upkeep, and reporting of peer-to-peer fundraising pages.
• Coordinate memorial giving pages, setup, and reporting to next-of-kin.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling and minutes.
• Collaborate across teams to support program activities.
• Maintain data hygiene and complete routine assignments.
• Follow gift processing procedures and document processes.
