Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is hiring a Program Coordinator, Peer-to-Peer in Seattle. The role supports donor interactions, fundraising page maintenance, and program administration within the Philanthropy department.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least one year in a related role, with strong communication and organizational skills. Hybrid work with two days on-site per week at South Lake Union is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• One year work experience.
• Customer service in nonprofit preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to donor and prospective donor inquiries via the department's main phone line and email inboxes.
• Assist with the creation, upkeep, and reporting of peer-to-peer fundraising pages.
• Coordinate memorial giving pages including responding to inquiries, assisting with page setup, and reporting fundraising information to next-of-kin.
• Provide general administrative support for the team including scheduling, drafting agendas, and taking minutes; manage ProCard and budget reconciliation.
• Coordinate across teams to support program activities.
• Respond to donor and/or internal inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
• Responsible for complex data entry and data hygiene functions.
• Carry out a portfolio of recurring assignments.
• Follow established gift processing and gift handling procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate to refine, improve, and document processes and process improvements.
• Serve as an individual contributor; this role does not have people, program, or fundraising responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
